Mohou zp\u016fsobovat nejen lok\u00e1ln\u00ed bolest, ale tak\u00e9 p\u0159enesen\u00e9 obt\u00ed\u017ee do vzd\u00e1len\u011bj\u0161\u00edch \u010d\u00e1st\u00ed t\u011bla.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Co mohou trigger pointy zp\u016fsobovat?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>bolesti kr\u010dn\u00ed p\u00e1te\u0159e, zad a beder,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>bolesti hlavy a migr\u00e9ny,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>omezen\u00ed pohyblivosti,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>pocit ztuhlosti a svalov\u00e9ho nap\u011bt\u00ed,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>bolesti ramen, lokt\u016f, ky\u010dl\u00ed \u010di kolen,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>brn\u011bn\u00ed nebo pocit tlaku v n\u011bkter\u00fdch oblastech t\u011bla,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>mohou se tak\u00e9 objevit- z\u00e1vrat\u011b, \u0161elest v u\u0161\u00edch, pot\u00ed\u017ee s rovnov\u00e1hou. ( U t\u011bchto projev\u016f je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 absolvovat l\u00e9ka\u0159sk\u00e1 vy\u0161et\u0159en\u00ed pro vylou\u010den\u00ed jin\u00fdch p\u0159\u00ed\u010din.)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Jak o\u0161et\u0159en\u00ed prob\u00edh\u00e1?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nejprve se setk\u00e1me na \u00favodn\u00ed mas\u00e1\u017ei, abych zjistila zda v\u00e1m tato technika m\u016f\u017ee pomoci a jestli je pro v\u00e1s vhodn\u00e1. Pot\u00e9 spole\u010dn\u011b vyhled\u00e1me pravd\u011bpodobn\u00fd zdroj obt\u00ed\u017e\u00ed. N\u00e1sledn\u011b jsou pomoc\u00ed c\u00edlen\u00e9ho tlaku a specifick\u00fdch technik o\u0161et\u0159eny svalov\u00e9 oblasti, ve kter\u00fdch se trigger pointy nach\u00e1zej\u00ed. V oblastech, kde je v\u00edce tukov\u00e9 tk\u00e1n\u011b, se mohou objevit mod\u0159inky. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">D\u016fle\u017eit\u00e1 je tak\u00e9 dom\u00e1c\u00ed p\u00e9\u010de, kdy pokra\u010dujete v protahov\u00e1n\u00ed o\u0161et\u0159en\u00fdch svalov\u00fdch parti\u00ed.
